I appreciate your allowing us the opportunity to come into your office, home or maybe even your truck to introduce our company to you. My name is Robert Molinaro. I am president and chief executive officer of Warren Transport, Inc. I have been with the company for over 50 years, and like all our management staff, have worked in nearly all areas of the company.

Our executive officers have been involved in every facet of our trucking operations and have a total of more than 200 years of employment with this company; driving, loading, dispatching, safety, sales, claims and every other aspect. We have first -hand working knowledge of what it takes to make our operation work and what it takes to offer the best possible service.

This experience enables us to develop and maintain a better understanding and working relationship with each and every one of our customers. We utilize the experience of our good people and their good ideas in developing and pioneering new types of equipment for the industry while introducing new concepts and services for the shipping public. Our efforts have not gone unrewarded! We have become the continent's largest carrier of agricultural machinery. We put good ideas and good people to work for you.

In 1949, Warren Transport opened it's doors for business. We are an irregular route, common and contract carrier authorized to transport general commodities between points in the United States. Our corporate offices are located in Waterloo, Iowa and our branch-office network spans the entire country. We also offer through service to and from Canada and through-trailer service to and from Mexico.

Warren operates approximately 700 power units and more than 2,000 trailers. Our trailing equipment runs the gamut from flatbeds to stepflats, to double drops, triple axle lowboys, removable goosenecks, stretch trailers and vans. We have always been innovative as far as equipment is concerned. Warren pioneered the combine trailer which is now standard in the industry for transporting agricultural combines. We are not afraid to meet new challenges as we have custom designed experimental equipment in the field right now to serve our customer's special needs.

Services Available

Deliveries and Pickups: Warren prides itself on coordinating deliveries and pickups at large municipalities as well as small out-of-the-way hamlets. Multiple pickups and deliveries are available for one city, multiple cities, or even multiple states. State lines or city limits are no barriers.

Communications: Because of our far reaching, wide area telephone service, computer system, and satellite tracking, we are able to keep in ready communication with over-the-road equipment and our customers. We are able to advise our customers of deliveries, pickups, and estimated times of delivery. All of our contractors are encouraged to carry cell phones and pagers for instant communication.

Tariffs and Pricing: Because Warren Transport holds contract authority, we can tailor your rate schedules to comply with your individual requirements. Warren belongs to tariff bureaus, as well as having our own individual tariffs. Warren aggressively pursues innovative ratemaking and money-saving ideas to reduce your transportation dollars. Equipment: Warren Transport operates over 700 power units as well as more than 2,000 trailers. Our trailers are constantly updated to meet new opportumities and to provide safe and reliable service.

Trailers Spotted at Your Facilities: We offer this service so you will always have a trailer available for your convenience in loading so that you will not have to warehouse your products. You won't experience a delay waiting for equipment to arrive or unload at your facilities.

Drivers Well Suited to Handle Your Products: Warren truck operators are qualified to handle all types of commodities, and project the kind of professionalism that you as a shipper and we as a motor carrier want projected to your product's end-receiver and to the general public. Warren's truck operators are extensions of your operation and provide the same salesmanship and professionalism that you would expect from your own employees.

Observe your Stringent Shipping and Delivery Schedule: Through it's organization, Warren meets on a daily basis the stringent shipping schedules of many manufacturers, on intrastate and interstate movements. We pride ourselves on making on-time deliveries and meeting time schedules.

Through Tractor/Trailer with the Same Driver: This is a crucial control feature where the products will not be off-loaded from our trailer onto another trailer or dock for furtherance. The same over-the-road driver will take the products to destination.

Two-Man Teams: This service is available when a more expedited in-transit service or relay system of tractors at a crucial point is required.

Computerized Dispatch: Warren Transport has the latest on-line computerized dispatch system tying it's terminal locations together. This system was tailor made to meet our customer's needs.

Foreign Commerce:
Canada -Warren holds general commodities authority to most provinces or has authority applications pending.

Mexico -Warren has a large terminal facility in Laredo, Texas - the gateway to Mexico. Both indoor and outdoor storage are available. This facility controls an inventory of approximately 350 trailers maintained in Mexico for pick up and delivery service. Should the shipper request or require a specific delivering-carrier routing into Mexico or Canada, Warren will certainly honor that request.
