Jeff Wilson, of Warren Transport, Inc., was recently named the Iowa Motor Truck Association's Dispatcher of the Year. Nominees for this award must possess tremendous communication and leadership skills. The nominees are also recognized for their low turnover rates within their fleets, a low percentage of hours of service violations, and a low percentage of unexcused late deliveries. Jeff excels in all three categories as well as having excellent rapport with customers.

Jeff joined Warren Transport in 1987 and has been a dispatcher for a total of 20 years. His primary duties include coordinating, soliciting, and aligning key customer shipments and contractors with pickups and deliveries, as well as training new dispatchers.

Jeff received his award at the IMTA annual meeting that was held on September 26, 2007 at the Coralville, Ia. Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.
