Warren Transport, Inc.

The Management and Board of Warren Transport are pleased to announce that David D. Paulson has been elected to the Board of Directors and has also been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Dave graduated from the University of Northern Iowa where he earned degrees in accounting and political science. He originally joined Warren Transport in 1986 as a dispatcher in our Operations Dept. Dave was then assigned to our financial department where he became Chief Accountant. Dave did an outstanding job and in 1994, he assumed the additional responsibility of managing our data processing and computer programming departments. In 2003, Dave was promoted to the position of Vice President-Accounting & Audit Services.

Warren, headquartered in Waterloo, Ia., is a specialized motor carrier operating in all forty-eight contiguous United States and Canada, with through-trailer service to and from Mexico. Warren is recognized as the largest transporter of agricultural and farm machinery in North America.
