2002 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR

Waterloo, Iowa Warren Transport, Inc. is proud to announce that independent contractor, Charles V. Parrish placed fourth in the Truckload Carriers Association's (the nation's largest organization of truckload carriers) 2002 Independent Contractor of the Year contest. This achievement was recognized at the TCA's annual meeting in Orlando, Florida.

The contest is designed to recognize and honor the best owner-operators in the nation, based on their safety records and their contributions and service to their communities, companies and the industry. The requirements are stringent and a panel of judges made up of individuals from both the public and private sectors critically reviews the applications.

This is the first year Charles had been involved in the contest. He is a former Warren Driver of the Month, has received his 11- year safe driving award. Charles has been with Warren since 1991 and has traveled over 2.25 million career miles without an accident or ticket.

Warren Transport, Inc. is very proud of Charles for all of his achievements and we salute him for doing such a great job.
